In the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, The Eden sets a new standard for luxury living, blending sleek modern design with lush, immersive experiences. PlantCraft Designers was brought in to elevate the residential journey through a series of curated preserved plant installations that bring nature into everyday moments, without the need for ongoing maintenance.
Our team designed and installed permanent greenery solutions throughout the building’s high-touch communal spaces, reflecting The Eden’s commitment to wellness, elegance, and timeless beauty.
Solution
Main Lobby Soffit:
A bold biophilic statement greets residents and guests as they enter. Our preserved foliage installation in the lobby soffit creates a suspended garden moment that adds texture, depth, and warmth to the space, without impacting ceiling access or long-term upkeep.
Elevator Lobbies (All Floors):
Each floor of The Eden offers a small but impactful moment of greenery in its elevator lobbies. These vertical preserved plant displays act as visual resets, grounding residents as they move between private and shared spaces.
Business Center:
To enhance productivity and create a calming atmosphere, PlantCraft introduced a tailored plantscape to the Business Center. Preserved foliage softens the sharp architectural lines and reduces visual fatigue, making it a more inspiring and comfortable place to focus and collaborate.
