The Project
IMT Residential wanted the lobby at Summerset Village to greet residents and guests with something alive. Working directly with the community's senior interior designer, PlantCraft Designers was brought in to fill the feature wall behind the reception desk. A piece with real texture and dimension, not a flat panel of green, and one that would look as good years in as it did on opening day, without irrigation, light, or a maintenance contract.
Solution
Custom Preserved Green Wall:
One custom preserved green wall, with ball moss and reindeer moss layered into an organic composition with real depth. The design was approved from a rendering, with moss samples sent ahead for color sign-off. Built in studio, shipped to Los Angeles, and installed in a single day. No water, no light, no upkeep.
