The Project
At the intersection of city energy and modern luxury, Mosaic Dallas redefines downtown living with bold design, high-end amenities, and curated resident experiences. Seeking to elevate its high-traffic and transitional areas, the Mosaic team partnered with PlantCraft Designers to introduce durable, eye-catching greenery that brings a sense of serenity and sophistication to even the most unexpected corners.
From the valet area to the rooftop pool deck, our life like and UV-rated outdoor plant installations transformed utilitarian spaces into lush, photogenic touchpoints that enhance the property’s visual story.
Solution
Pool Roof Deck:
High above the city, the rooftop pool deck was enhanced with clusters of life like outdoor plants that thrive under intense sun and wind. These low-maintenance installations were chosen to withstand the Texas heat while adding visual texture and a resort-like vibe to the space where residents relax, lounge, and gather.
Garage Entrance:
Using durable, weather-resistant greenery, we softened the industrial lines of the garage entrance with thoughtfully placed life like outdoor plants. The result is a more inviting and polished passageway that connects seamlessly with the building’s bold, urban aesthetic.
Valet Service Area:
Often overlooked in multi-family communities, the valet area at Mosaic was reimagined as a welcoming green entry point. We installed floating shelves with life like plants along the garage columns, giving guests a fresh, elevated first impression from the moment they arrive.
